Shipping Information

Orders are shipped using USPS, 1-3 business days after order is placed. Once your order has been submitted it cannot be changed. Please allow 48 hours for your order to process.

We will send you a confirmation e-mail upon receiving your order and your item will be shipped out as soon as we can get it to the mailbox! All domestic orders will include tracking. Tracking is not available for International orders. 

We use USPS for shipping all of our items which usually takes 3 to 7 days after the item[s] are shipped U.S. and 10 to 30 for international. These are average days to receive your items. Many times they may arrive earlier.

You can contact us beforehand if you would like to pay extra for expedited shipping. 

For International Orders we cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages }. If you want to add insurance to your order please contact us prior to purchasing.  Customs fees may be charged upon arrival to your country and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. 

PLEASE NOTE: We have been shipping for many years and we have rarely lost a package. That being said, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages so please let us know ahead of time if you will need insurance so we can make sure you're taken care of. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. If any packages are  returned to sender we will invoice for re-shipping.
